BIOGRAPHY


I began my culinary career at an early age by helping my parents put wholesome meals on the table for our family. I enhanced my skills by watching television shows, reading cook books, and experimenting. I obtained my first restaurant job at age 14 where I learned the fundamentals of cooking. I refined my skills at the Culinary Institute of America and continued to work in highly rated restaurants and hotels throughout the Country. 


HISTORY


Twin Catering was founded in 2002, ironically by my twin brother and myself as a way to make money and pursue our culinary passions.  After many years of creating memorable culinary experiences, and exceeding our clients expectations, we pursued other passions. However, we have continued to look for ways to reestablish the culinary “legacy” of Twin Catering. Although Twin Catering currently does not offer large catered events, its Professional Chef Services continues to thrive on a smaller scale. Please check our "Services" page for more information.
